small pumpkin creamy broth, hazelnut flan, ewe cheese  flakes

semi-cooked salmon, dill, carrots and orange blossom
foie gras and truffle ravioli in consommé
thinly sliced smoked duckling, lentils with citrus fruits

Main dish
codfish in light black olive crust, potato gnocchi
farm porc cutlet, turnip stuffed with vegetables
rabbit ballottine, candied quince, butternut
soft cheese "faisselle", honey, lemon, olive oil and pine seeds
chestnut in Mont-Blanc style
pear crumble, candied ginger, chocolate sherbet

To accompany your meal, our menu has over 1,000 wines from Les Caves de Marly, where the bottles are stored in optimum ageing conditions. 
We also offer a wonderful selection of wines by the glass (15 wines). 

The large cellar, with a diverse and eclectic selection of our leading French estates, offers wine lovers the option to try the “best” of the red and whites from the South-West, not forgetting the historic collection of Bas-Armagnacs and rare brandies.
